Careers / GTM Engineering

Build the GTM engine from scratch.

This is a technical internship, not a marketing seat. You will build the automated systems that drive z0's go-to-market: enrichment pipelines, outbound sequences, and the dashboards that prove they work.

What you will build

Systems, not campaigns.

You will own the technical infrastructure behind z0's go-to-market motion. Every pipeline, integration, and dashboard you build is a system that runs without manual intervention.

01

Lead enrichment pipelines

Build and maintain automated pipelines that source, enrich, and score leads from multiple data providers.

02

Outbound sequence automation

Design multi-step outbound sequences with personalized messaging, A/B testing, and automated follow-ups.

03

CRM pipeline management

Keep CRM data clean and actionable. Build integrations that sync deal stages, activity logs, and attribution data.

04

Analytics and dashboards

Create reporting surfaces that show pipeline velocity, conversion rates, channel attribution, and campaign performance.

05

Workflow automation

Connect tools across the GTM stack so manual handoffs become reliable automated flows.

06

Data quality and ops

Build deduplication, validation, and monitoring to keep GTM data trustworthy as volume grows.

GTM Engineer Intern

z0 is pre-seed and building its go-to-market motion from the ground up. This role is for someone technical who wants to build the systems that drive pipeline: automated enrichment, outbound sequences, CRM integrations, and the analytics that tell you what is working.

You will work directly with the founding team. There is no existing GTM stack to inherit. You will design and build it.

Responsibilities

  • Build automated lead enrichment and scoring pipelines that feed the sales process.
  • Design and iterate on outbound sequences with measurable conversion targets.
  • Maintain CRM integrations and keep pipeline data accurate and current.
  • Build dashboards and reports that make GTM performance visible to the team.
  • Write internal tools and scripts that reduce manual work across the GTM workflow.
  • Document systems and handoffs so the GTM stack is understandable by the whole team.

You might be a fit if

  • You think about GTM as a systems problem, not a creative writing exercise.
  • You are comfortable scripting in Python or TypeScript and working with APIs.
  • You have used or are eager to learn tools like Clay, HubSpot, n8n, or similar platforms.
  • You are data-driven. You measure what works and cut what does not.
  • You move fast and are comfortable with ambiguity at an early-stage company.
  • You care about the quality of what you build, even when it is internal tooling.
